Operations Assistant

Location: Flushing, New York
Salary: $35-40,000 plus benefits
Requirements: A minimum of 2 plus years in mortgage loan processing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bi lingual Cantonese Mandarin speaking preferred but not necessary
Duties: Complete loan application process including verification of employment, assets and credit history of loan applicants.
Follow up with loan applicants for completion of required documents
Assist in everyone daily activities pertaining to loan processing, underwriting and closing within mortgage operations.
Underwriting experience isn't mandatory but there will be additional salary considered.
