PREPARE TO LAUNCH - our new Frontliner's Blog will be ready to launch on Nov.6th. Make sure you attend THIS Thursday's meeting to find out how to use it. On this site you will be able to: search for a job, post important announcements (subject to leadership’s approval), share photos or stories, and discuss last week’s sermon. Our fellow Frontliner Ron Johnson jr. is in the process of tweeking and fine tuning the blog, and will be on hand Thursday to give us a tutorial on how to use the site. So please be present for our exciting new launch!!!
Don't Forget...FRONTLINERS - First Saturdays-Once Around – (OUR monthly Run/Walk) this Sat., Nov. 7th We will meet at Prospect Park Band Shell (entrance at 9th St.). Warm-up: 9:00am; Run/Walk: 9:30am. So, come out, take in the fresh air, and burn those calories!!!
Opportunity to Serve - Brothers, if you have a (somewhat) calm demeanor, and a lot of patience, the USHER BOARD of EBC is waiting for YOU! There has been a request for (6) brothers to give a 1year commitment to the Usher Board where you would actually serve twice a month. The men they are looking for must be pleasant, arrive 15-20 minutes before service, able to greet people with a smile, and physically capable of standing on their feet for a period of time). If you are interested and if you feel this is a way for you to "give back" please see Shaam or Bruce so we can fill you in on the rest of the details. See you Thursday!!!
